Presidents Message.
2010, our Centenary year, will see our club involved in many special events.
Whether your involvement is on or off the green, my wish is that you enjoy the experience. Your Club Executive and your elected officials will prepare a programme for each event. Club members will be kept informed by the club notice board, newsletters and this web site.
I shall look forward to welcoming visiting bowlers especially those from clubs who have been on our fixture list for so long. They can expect to bowl on an excellent surface, a competitive game and the friendliest of welcomes. There will be times during the year when we can reflect on the contributions of many past members who not only developed our facilities, but also fostered the family spirit so evident at our club.
I shall look forward to welcoming members and visitors at the club throughout the year.
I hope 2010 will provide many memorable moments as we complete our first 100 years of bowling at The Vale ,and look forward to the next.
